Spring has sprung

I got a new lens a couple of weeks ago.  It's a 50mm 1.4 nikon. And I LOVE it.
Thanks to my great friend Rach for letting me try hers out before I made the final purchase.
But I'm so excited to use this for my upcoming weddings!!
I couldn't wait that long so I decided to get out and take some photos
of the spring that is happening here in Logan.
Although I took most of these 2 days before we were hit with 6 inches of snow. :)

Sam and I had some fun in one of my favorite locations to take photos.
(Which actually wasn't as green as I was hoping at this point.)
Sam also ate a dandelion.

Ok, enough of me and my adorable child. I love the look of spring.
God truly is the most amazing artist and I'm thankful for the beauty that surrounds us.

I passed these pink blossoms nearly every day for a week and knew I had to get
some photos of them.  When I finally got there someone was having a little photo session
of their own there, so I tried to be quick and stay out of their way.
Can't say I blame them for picking the location though. ;)

This tree was interesting. The branch with the pink flowers was added
to the tree with the white blossoms...
Not sure why, but it was awesome.
