Bethany & Tyson

I got to photograph Tyson and Bethany's wedding!
I didn't actually even meet these two until they came out the temple doors.
But they were so photogenic and the made my job easy.

It was my first time photographing an actual wedding at
the Logan temple.  Such a beautiful place.

Tyson was a little goofy....
But I'm pretty sure he gets that from his whole family. :)

What a great time of year for a wedding!
It wasn't too hot and the leaves just barely started to  change colors.

Weddings just make me so happy.
Two people decide they love each other so much
that they want to spend eternity together.
I really think it's a miracle when that happens.

Beauty Pageants

Over the past year I've had the opportunity to help a girl out
with some portrait photography.
Her name is Chance (not pronounced quite the way it looks.)
Anyway, she is a super sweet girl and she is involved in a lot of pageants.
She's African-Jamaican and her most recent
pageant was for Africans so we had some shoots where she
needed a more "traditional" look.

She ended up winning that pageant and was able to spend
a lot of her summer in Congo, I believe, helping start up a school
for the kids there.

I had a great time getting to know her and it was fun to work on
some basic portraiture as well as do something not school
related at the time!

Just did this shoot last week.

A bit of campus through my lens

Travis is super supportive of my photography and is always pushing me to be better
and try new things.  I prefer to photograph people, but sometimes
Travis decides we're going to go on a walk and I'm going to take photos along the way.
I really appreciate it when he does this actually, helps me to stretch and see
things differently than I might have before.
This last weekend we decided to go get aggie ice cream and walk around the USU campus.

I never realized how much Ivy there was, but I love it.

I think we have a beautiful campus here in Logan.

Love these two boys of mine.
Couldn't go the whole night with a camera in my hand
and not take a photo of them ;)
